In this full-time role, you will be accountable for achieving sales targets and strategic account objectives, representing the full range of company products and services, leading the customer account planning cycle, and ensuring that customer needs and expectations are consistently met.What you will doBuild and maintain productive, professional relationships with key contacts within assigned customer accountsCoordinate cross-functional involvement — including support, service, and management teams — to meet account performance goals and customer expectationsMeet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within designated accountsLead a collaborative account planning process that establishes shared performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones over a one- to three-year horizonContinuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basisLead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, coordinating all necessary internal resourcesMaintain a 12–24 month view of the sales pipeline, taking appropriate actions to maximize long-term revenue growth while meeting near-term prioritiesManage existing accounts and identify new opportunities with System Integrators and strategic partnersComplete strategic account plans, meet profitability expectations, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in line with company standardsThe skills you bringBachelor's degree and 3+ years of demonstrated experience in sales and team collaborationRelevant knowledge and experience in the IT Security and/or Networking marketExperience managing large, complex customer accounts in a demanding sales environmentDemonstrated success driving both indirect channel sales models and direct salesStrong business acumen, strategic mindset, and excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and leadership skills with sound problem-solving abilityAbility to articulate a clear and compelling value proposition to customers and partnersAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBonus: A track record of consistent achievement in a high-growth or startup environment, with a demonstrated commitment to integrity and accountabilityWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
