Technology Investment Valuation Portfolio Lead, Consumer and Community Banking, Senior Associate
Product Experience and Design (PXT) Investments is part of the broader PXT Finance organization. The PXT Investments team is responsible for prioritizing several billion dollars of annual technology spend across JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer and Community Banking division (CCB), which includes multiple product portfolios spanning both line of business and functional areas (e.g., Auto Lending, Operations, Credit Card). The team aims to identify the optimal balance of technology projects and opportunities to shift investment dollars across product portfolios.
As an Associate Central Office team member in the PXT Investments team, you will play a key supporting role in generating financial insights, developing solutions, and reporting to help inform investment decisions and track outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with gathering and organizing financial and non-financial data for all PXT portfolios and units
- Support the development and maintenance of reporting and solution frameworks, ensuring information reflects evolving business priorities
- Help validate and check data accuracy, escalating issues or inconsistencies to senior team members
- Participate in the preparation of investment value reporting for F&BMs and Senior Leadership, including benefit coverage and performance tracking
- Contribute to internal focus groups by compiling feedback and supporting documentation for solution development
- Collaborate with colleagues to collect information and follow up on outstanding items related to investment valuation and reporting
- Support control-related activities, such as testing and intelligence solutions, by assisting with documentation and process updates

Contribute to team efforts to improve investment valuation processes by sharing observations and feedback; support resource and framework development
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- 2 plus years of experience in Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to work with colleagues across functions
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; comfortable working with complex data
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Experience supporting recurring processes and a willingness to learn and improve
