Accountabilities:
- Translate business strategy into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria to enable high-velocity engineering execution
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design
- Own backlog prioritization and sequencing to optimize delivery flow, technical quality, and business impact
- Act as a hands-on product leader across discovery, design, delivery, and production troubleshooting to unblock teams and accelerate execution
- Contribute directly to technical execution when needed, including prototyping, debugging, performance tuning, and CI/CD improvements
- Define and track key delivery metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and flow efficiency to drive continuous improvement
- Lead technical discovery and product design sessions, serving as SME for assigned product areas and system capabilities
- Leverage data, analytics, and observability tools to assess product health, performance, and ROI
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps to ensure consistent delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives
- Promote AI-native product development practices, including AI-assisted discovery, design, coding, testing, and operations
- 15+ years of experience across product management, engineering, software development, or technical program leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience leading complex, highly technical product initiatives involving distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or microservices
- Strong ability to operate across the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, and production support
- Hands-on experience contributing to technical execution (debugging, prototyping, performance tuning, or CI/CD improvements)
- Experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional technical teams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and AI-native engineering practices (including production use)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to improve delivery velocity, system performance, and engineering efficiency
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and outcome-driven execution
