The regularly scheduled hours are Monday- Friday, 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.  Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is $22.04, plus a $0.40 shift differential per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Below are a few of the outstanding benefits that we offer:Benefits effective day one of employment. Retirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more! What you’ll do: In this function, you will: Optimize packaging based on product.Ability to cross-train in all department functions. Identify, count, sort, package, and tag completed parts for shipment without assistance.Load and unload LTL and flatbed trucks.Build crates / work in woodshop to support packaging product.Read and interpret pick tickets accurately.Licensed to operate powered industrial trucks.Train other employees necessary.Perform receiving functions on all inbound freight, including verification and data entryHandle incoming product inspections to print and quality specificationsResponsible for adherence to receiving and Quality proceduresProcess returned products for restocking, notify Quality upon receipt of non-conforming materialQualifications: Basic Qualifications:Must have previous forklift truck experience (stand-up or sit-down)No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that reside within 50 miles of Pinckneyville, IL will be considered.
