Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver creative concepts and design solutions aligned with client objectives, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements.
- Create high-quality digital, ecommerce, social media, and print assets while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage projects from concept development to completion, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and business goals are achieved.
- Use generative AI and automation tools to improve creative workflows, accelerate production, and explore new content possibilities.
- Transform existing assets through adaptation, reformatting, and creative optimization for different platforms.
- Provide creative input, present concepts, and contribute ideas that enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement.
- Monitor creative output for accuracy, consistency, and quality while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving design practices to maintain creative excellence.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients while delivering excellent creative support and communication.
- Contribute to the development of scalable creative processes and innovative production methods.
- 3+ years of experience working in a design role, ideally within an advertising agency, creative studio, or fast-paced production environment.
- Mandatory experience working with beauty and fashion brands.
- Strong ecommerce design experience with an understanding of digital customer journeys.
- Experience using generative AI tools to enhance creative processes and improve productivity.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with automation workflows and tools such as Figma and Otomo.
- Strong creative thinking, art direction skills, and the ability to develop concepts across multiple platforms.
- Experience designing for web, social media, UI/UX, and evolving digital trends.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layouts, branding principles, and technical design details.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
