Accountabilities:
- Execute and support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across multiple client organizations, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
- Manage IT procurement requests, coordinating hardware and software needs in alignment with client policies and operational standards.
- Provide frontline IT operational support via email, Slack, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of requests.
- Maintain and update IT operations documentation, including client-specific playbooks, procedures, and process guides.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination between IT, HR, and Operations functions.
- Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and service delivery processes.
- Assist in delivering cybersecurity and data security training sessions in collaboration with senior team members.
- Track, document, and manage support requests to ensure accountability, transparency, and service quality across client accounts.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or operations support role, ideally within IT support, service desk, or technical operations environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across email, Slack, and video conferencing tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes while also contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new systems, tools, and technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset focused on user experience.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and operational workflows is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams and client stakeholders.
