Zillow's New Construction sales team partners with homebuilders across the U.S., connecting home shoppers with builders through our Promoted Communities, Boost, and Builder Showcase products. We work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on driving results and delivering the best client experience in the industry. Our customers range from large national builders, many of them publicly traded, to mid-sized and regional builders.

About the role

The New Construction team is growing, and we are looking for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Client Sales Manager, you will guide our most strategic Enterprise accounts through our Promoted Communities, Boost, and Builder Showcase platforms. This role is a key revenue driver for Zillow New Construction, executing an ambitious sales strategy backed by a compensation plan that rewards performance.

You Will Get To:

  • Grow and retain a book of top-spending, highly engaged clients, building strong relationships through deep product and industry knowledge.

  • Own your sales targets, consistently meeting and exceeding quota to drive revenue growth and team success.

  • Develop builder relationships through regular communication, in-market visits, and industry events.

  • Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and analysis to deliver accurate, comprehensive insights.

  • Deliver in-depth marketing solutions, including digital advertising, lead generation, and performance tracking, to promote new construction communities and properties.

  • Lead high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with valuable performance insights and recommendations.

  • Stay current on industry trends and market developments to keep divisional teams informed.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $99,700.00 - $159,300.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • You bring 6+ years in B2B sales and/or account management, ideally including enterprise or strategic account experience.

  • You have a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive account growth.

  • You take a process-driven, organized approach to sales execution, and you are coachable, curious, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

  • You can proactively lead strategy across a complex book of business using a consultative approach, navigating intricate sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • You have exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a track record of influencing C-level executives and stakeholders at all levels.

  • You are proficient with sales and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Domo, Highspot, Salesloft, and Gong, and comfortable using AI to work more efficiently.

  • You are familiar with sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDPICC, and experience with builders or the new construction industry is a plus.

  • You are able to travel approximately 30% to meet with decision-makers in corporate marketing at the divisional and national levels.
