The Quality Team is a combination of Quality Site Lead, Quality Engineers, Technicians and Inspectors across both facilities.What You Will DoLead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across the Ireland sitesProvide leadership to the Quality organisation, fostering a high-performing and quality-driven cultureEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA and relevant global regulations)Act as Management Representative for the QMS across both sitesPartner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and long-term quality strategyLead internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure effective follow-up on findingsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and processesOversee key quality processes including validation, non-conformance, complaints, and monitoring activitiesEngage with customers, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders as requiredDevelop and coach team members to build capability and support long-term business needsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in a quality leadership role within a regulated environment (medical devices, pharmaceutical, or similar)Strong working knowledge of quality systems and regulatory frameworks (ISO 13485, FDA or equivalent)Proven leadership capability with experience influencing across functions and stakeholdersStrong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDegree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)What Will Put You AheadExperience in multi-site manufacturing environmentsExperience leading regulatory inspections and auditsDemonstrated ability to drive quality culture and organisational improvementSterilisation knowledge (ETO and GAMMA)ERP systems (SAP)At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
