Accountabilities
- Lead strategic planning and daily management of global facilities operations across international regions.
- Oversee facility maintenance, workplace planning, lease administration, construction activities, security programs, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage global vendor relationships, contracts, service providers, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and manage facilities budgets, monitor spending, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with global health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with HR, IT, Security, and other internal teams to deliver effective workplace solutions.
- Establish and implement global facilities policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support corporate real estate strategies, including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and location planning.
- Lead facility-related projects such as office expansions, relocations, renovations, and workplace improvements.
- Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation initiatives across locations.
- Drive sustainability programs and contribute to environmental responsibility goals.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications such as IFMA or PMP are considered a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, including at least 3 years managing global or multi-site operations.
- Proven experience overseeing complex workplace environments, facilities programs, and international operations.
- Strong knowledge of global building regulations, sustainability practices, and workplace technologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple regions.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and operational performance metrics.
- Proficiency with facilities management platforms such as CAFM or IWMS systems.
- Experience with corporate real estate strategy and workplace planning preferred.
- Knowledge of ESG initiatives and LEED principles is a plus.
- Multilingual capabilities are beneficial.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 25%.
- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $70,000 - $80,000 USD, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
