You will work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities, conduct market analysis, and support customer interactions.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be involved in a wide range of activities that are critical to the success of the company. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve company goals. Support the founders in executing key initiatives and projects.Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Generating and qualifying leads to support the sales pipeline.Assisting in the development of business cases and strategies for new initiatives.Supporting customer interactions and building relationships with potential clients.Collaborating with the team to develop marketing materials and presentations.Maintaining and updating CRM software to track leads and opportunities.Your profileWhat you should bring to AIRMOThe ideal candidate will have:Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilitiesStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience or interest in Lead GenerationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareBackground in Business, Marketing, or related fieldsUnderstanding of climate tech or space industry is a plusCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in relevant fieldPersonal Attributes:Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.About usAIRMO is a European climate-tech company using space and airborne technologies to monitor greenhouse gas emissions globally.
