Using your technical experience and critical thinking skills, you will perform engineering analysis, generate test reports, develop innovative solutions, and create documentation for product releases. You will also coordinate the procurement and assembly of components, identify sources of critical parts, and resolve technical issues to ensure peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and/or execute RF and plasma engineering projects, including development and management of key suppliers
- Independently identify and troubleshoot a broad range of complex RF/plasma issues with minimal supervision
- Define and drive structured plans to address high-value problems (HVPs)
- Specify and perform complex engineering analyses with minimal guidance
- Proactively identify technical gaps or bottlenecks and take decisive action to resolve them, ensuring timely execution
- Track projects and tasks rigorously, driving them to completion with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Design and/or modify engineering assemblies, schematics, layouts, and detailed specifications
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and document engineering tests; develop solutions, define product specifications, and support release to production
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand and resolve complex RF/plasma challenges and HVPs
- Lead system integration of RF modules and subsystems, working cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, process, customer support, and supply chain teams
- Analyze complex RF/plasma behaviors using quantitative methods, analytical tools, and simulation models
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting aggressive targets and timelines
- Apply best-known methods (BKM) and sound scientific principles to achieve robust, first-pass design success
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering skill development and team growth
Key Attributes
