Lead, Revenue Management
What You’ll Do:
- You will be responsible for regional pricing strategy execution ensuring adherence to pricing architecture and positioning
- You will manage monthly pricing reviews including opportunities and risks based on market dynamics and competitive landscape and track deal execution, ensuring alignment with approved frameworks
- You will monitor Gross-to-Net performance across channels, identifying drivers of variance and improvement opportunities and partner with Sales and Finance to optimize discount structures and promotional investments
- You will manage business planning & performance delivery by providing support in the integration of pricing and revenue strategies into AOP and forecasting processes aligned with with volume, revenue, and margin targets
- You will support the implementation of commercial sales policies, dealer programs, and pricing guidelines across markets and ensure compliance with MAP and pricing governance standards
- You will analyze pricing, promotion, and deal performance to recommend actionable improvements and translate data into clear insights for commercial teams
What Will Set You Apart
- You must have an understanding of pricing strategy, execution and optimization, including price architecture, discount structures, deal effectiveness and profitability management, preferably in a multi-national work environment
- You must be knowledgeable of Gross-to-Net (GTN) drivers, including rebates, discounts, and trade investments
- You must have solid financial acumen with the ability to connect pricing decisions to revenue, margin and mix outcomes
- You must have an experience in supporting pricing governance and policy implementation
- You must have excellent analytical capability for scenario modeling, pricing analysis and performance tracking using pricing systems and tools
- You must have the ability to effectively partner with Sales, Finance and Channel Management Teams to come up with effective pricing and commercial decisions
What We're Looking For
- You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- You must have 6–10 years in Revenue Management, Pricing, Finance, or Commercial Excellence roles
- You must have a proven experience in pricing execution, deal management or revenue optimization
- You must have an experience with analytics tools (e.g Excel modeling, Power BI/Tableau, or similar)
