Accountabilities:

    • Support transaction analysts by reviewing, updating, and maintaining accurate transaction data across various systems and platforms.
    • Process corrections, manage rejected offers, handle bank referrals, maintain CRM records, and support file documentation requirements.
    • Coordinate invoice requests and information sharing between agents, internal departments, and external partners.
    • Ensure transaction information is properly organized, documented, and compliant with established procedures.
    • Provide frontline support related to transaction systems, workflow navigation, and technology-enabled processes.
    • Assist with technology adoption initiatives, including system rollouts, training support, and feedback collection from users.
    • Participate in innovation projects, automation initiatives, and process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors through digital collaboration tools, meetings, and regular progress updates.
    • Manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
    • Requirements:

      • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
      • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
      • Experience working with digital platforms, software tools, and remote collaboration environments.
      • Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and transaction management systems such as eZmax is considered an asset.
      • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Customer-focused mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and provide thoughtful solutions using critical thinking.
      • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
      • Adaptable, dependable, trustworthy, and proactive with a willingness to learn and support changing business needs.
      • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
