Accountabilities:
- Provide lifecycle logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) support for HM&E systems and equipment across naval platforms.
- Support the development, integration, and maintenance of ILS documentation and certification materials.
- Update and manage ILS certifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to generate performance metrics and feedback reports.
- Provide direct support to government logistics program managers and key stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly ILS status reports and metrics summaries.
- Assist with program meetings, reviews, and logistics-related discussions.
- Utilize logistics databases and tools to support data management and reporting activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and effective lifecycle support strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of logistics experience; alternatively, an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience or a high school diploma with 9 years of experience may be considered.
- Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) certification activities.
- Navy Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems experience.
- Completion certificate for the MBPS CTDM/CSM course.
- Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience working with defense logistics databases such as CDMD-OA, MBPS, NDE, DECKPLATE, and related systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Navy supply systems and logistics documentation processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with government and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage detailed documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple priorities.
