Accountabilities:

    The Logistics Analyst - MBPS SME will provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and lifecycle logistics expertise for Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment supporting naval programs. The role involves analyzing logistics data, maintaining certifications, preparing reports, and collaborating with government teams to support effective program execution.

    • Provide lifecycle logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) support for HM&E systems and equipment across naval platforms.
    • Support the development, integration, and maintenance of ILS documentation and certification materials.
    • Update and manage ILS certifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to generate performance metrics and feedback reports.
    • Provide direct support to government logistics program managers and key stakeholders.
    • Prepare monthly ILS status reports and metrics summaries.
    • Assist with program meetings, reviews, and logistics-related discussions.
    • Utilize logistics databases and tools to support data management and reporting activities.
    • Contribute to process improvements and effective lifecycle support strategies.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a logistics professional with experience supporting Navy programs, Integrated Logistics Support processes, and defense-related systems. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with military logistics documentation and databases.

      • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of logistics experience; alternatively, an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience or a high school diploma with 9 years of experience may be considered.
      • Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) certification activities.
      • Navy Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems experience.
      • Completion certificate for the MBPS CTDM/CSM course.
      • Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
      • Experience working with defense logistics databases such as CDMD-OA, MBPS, NDE, DECKPLATE, and related systems is preferred.
      • Knowledge of Navy supply systems and logistics documentation processes.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with government and technical stakeholders.
      • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage detailed documentation.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple priorities.
