Participate in the feasibility analysis and solutions to new automation implementations leveraging Blue Prism, UiPath for enterprise RPA, Python for custom integrations, and Gen AI for intelligent processing. Ideate, analyze, design, and build RPA solutions using Blue Prism/UiPath best practices, Microsoft Copilot Studio for conversational AI, and Power Platform components for end-to-end digital solutions. Intake incident tickets and perform analysis and resolution of needed break-fix/debugging issues using Blue Prism, UiPath, Python scripting, and Power Automate troubleshooting tools. Solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of processes and provide timely responses, solutions, and resolutions as required using appropriate technologies from the stack. Create and maintain technical documentation including Blue Prism/UiPath process definitions, Python code documentation, Power Platform solution designs, and system architecture diagrams. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to integrate with automation solutions, bot utilization, and business metrics for continuous improvement.
