You will be responsible for the selection, configuration, testing, and support of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Configure and Customize Application: Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 application to meet the client's business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Develop Functional Design Documents: Develop functional design documents that outline the client's business needs and map them to the Dynamics 365 application's capabilities. • Perform Business Analysis: Perform business analysis to identify client requirements, map them to the Dynamics 365 application, and develop solutions to meet those needs. • Conduct Acceptance Testing: Conduct acceptance testing to validate the developed requirements and ensure the application meets the client's expectations. • Train Client Resources: Train the client's resources on the configured application, providing end-user manuals and conducting end-user training sessions. **Required technical and professional expertise** A Package Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations should have skills and experience with: • Dynamics 365 Modules: Exposure to integrating Dynamics 365 modules into a client's business environment, including selection, configuration, testing, and support of the application. • Configuration and Customization: Experience with configuring and customizing the Dynamics 365 application to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Business Analysis and Requirement Mapping: Exposure to performing business analysis, identifying client requirements, and mapping them to the Dynamics 365 application's capabilities. • Functional Design Document Development: Experience with developing functional design documents that outline business needs and map them to the Dynamics 365 application's capabilities. • Acceptance Testing and Validation: Exposure to conducting acceptance testing to validate developed requirements and ensure the application meets client expectations. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Master Data Preparation: Exposure to planning master data preparation for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation, ensuring data integrity and consistency. • Upgrade Assessments: Experience with performing upgrade assessments to facilitate the customer's decision-making process and ensure seamless transitions. • End-User Documentation: Exposure to documenting end-user manuals and conducting end-user training sessions to enable clients to effectively utilize the Dynamics 365 application.
