Accountabilities:

    • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
    • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through every stage of their cloud adoption and modernization journey.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and large language models (LLMs) to streamline infrastructure delivery, automate architectural tasks, and improve consulting efficiency.
    • Provide strategic leadership on cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, networking, security, data platforms, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud cost optimization.
    • Oversee project delivery to ensure technical excellence, successful business outcomes, and adherence to project scope, budgets, and timelines.
    • Partner with engagement managers, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver high-quality consulting services.
    • Support business development by participating in discovery sessions, pre-sales engagements, solution design, and statement of work preparation.
    • Present technical strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders, including C-level and VP audiences.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of architects and engineers through coaching, performance feedback, professional development, and regular one-on-one meetings.
    • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while helping resolve technical and operational challenges across project teams.
    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of experience in information technology, including at least 5 years in a Principal Consultant, Principal Architect, or equivalent cloud consulting leadership role.
      • Extensive experience designing and delivering public cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
      • Proven expertise in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, networking, security, identity management, Active Directory, and enterprise platform architecture.
      • Strong experience with data platform infrastructure, analytics services, container technologies, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), and cloud cost optimization strategies.
      • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and LLMs to automate workflows, improve architecture processes, and increase productivity.
      • Experience leading multiple complex consulting engagements while managing diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
      • Strong pre-sales, solution consulting, and client relationship management experience.
      • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and executive decision-makers.
      • Proven people leadership experience with strong coaching, mentoring, communication, emotional intelligence, and team development skills.
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
