Data Services team members deliver on and embody Exiger’s purpose daily – making the world a safer place to do business – through researching, writing, reviewing, editing and developing reputational due diligence that inform business decisions for many of the world’s largest and most influential organizations and institutions globally. Data Services team members are on the front lines helping our clients understand with whom they are doing business and identify potential risks associated with such business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Work to successfully resolve issues at the Conference and Team levels.
- Drive Conference growth based on a range of defined metrics and qualifications.
- Foster team environment and drive Conference success through setting clear accountabilities and continuous mentor ship and coaching teammates to advance their growth, development and research expertise.
- Coach others to problem solve and manage others.
- Facilitate trainings to advance teammates’ technical and professional growth and development, in coordination with the training team.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve existing policies, procedures, processes and standards that provide tangible value to clients, Diligence and/or Exiger.
- Prepared to present findings to clients and answer their questions.
- All other business activities including but not limited to in the research and delivery and tech of our products and services.
- Conducts weekly or based on needs meetings with their direct reports, in order to provide updates and gathering feedback.
- Closely monitors the performance of new direct reports within the 120-day probationary period.
- Provides weekly and or based on needs reports to their direct manager, in accordance with the guidance and templates provided.
- Answers to direct manager regarding the activities connected with his position.
- Updates and manages tools and resources, as well as acts as a regional expert fielding questions from team members, client managers, and other colleagues.
DUTIES
- Manage group comprised of multiple teams (“Conference”).
- Lead, manage and coordinate among Team leaders.
- Help the Conference manage their pipeline of work and triage their workload.
- Identify issues and drive solutions through coordination and collaboration with other team leaders, senior management and other key stakeholders across regions.
- Use analytics to develop insights into Conference and Team performance.
- Exhibit mastery of Exiger research methodology, suite of products, tools and processes, including through maintaining and updating the Wiki and other research or due diligence systems.
- Provide specific and meaningful feedback to team members (direct or indirect reports).
- Coordinate verbal and written client communication.
- Coordinate all delivery aspects regarding clients’ accounts, including UI workflows, standard operating procedures and further technical elements included.
- Drive improvement and technical automation that leads to effort reduction and product enhancement.
- Review casework completed by others.
- Exhibit excellent communication and listening skills across modalities and with colleagues of all levels, in all locations.
- Participates in the recruitment of new colleagues in the company together with the HR department, the delimitation of responsibilities being established by internal procedures.
- Conduct performance review for direct reports, according to internal procedures.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the information and documents to which both they and the team members have access (professionally and personally) in accordance with data protection legislation, with internal regulations and internal norms, including the confidentiality agreement.
- Coordinate the scoping work assignment schedule for the team in conjunction with the direct manager.
- Ensure that they and the allocated team members follow the internal procedures, the Internal Regulations and the job description.
- Has the obligation to enroll in and complete all training and testing sessions provided by the external partners in the field of occupational health and safety, fire prevention and extinguishing and also to verify that the above stipulated are accomplished by the allocated team members.
- Is responsible for being compliant with occupational safety and health regulations, fire prevention and extinguishing, having the obligation to immediately report to the employer and / or designated workers any work situation about which they have good reason to consider it a danger to the safety and health of themselves/colleagues , as well as any deficiencies in the protection systems.
- Have the obligation to use and keep, in good conditions all the equipment and devices provided by the company so they may carry out the activity.
- Executes any other dispositions given by the direct management team in the fulfillment of the company's strategies, within the limits of the legal framework.

Professional Experience Required
- It is mandatory to complete higher education with a bachelor's degree;
- Completion of master's studies is preferable.
- Minimum 1 year of previous people management experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience – due diligence, risk or compliance research.
- Sound knowledge of due diligence and KYC/KYS.
- Proficient written and verbal English language skills
