Accountabilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve pipeline performance, and provide actionable insights that support business growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
- Build and refine forecasting models to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
- Evaluate and optimize sales processes, CRM workflows, and sales technology tools to improve productivity and adoption.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, account executives, marketing, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to streamline deal execution and operational workflows.
- Support deal desk activities by assisting with pricing analysis, deal structures, margin tracking, and commercial guidance.
- Contribute to territory planning, resource allocation, and sales capacity modeling as the organization scales.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM best practices, and performance metrics.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; knowledge of workflow automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments in support of sales and revenue objectives.
- Preferred: familiarity with financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency, or regulated industries.
