2nd Shift Forklift Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Forklift Lead to oversee operations on 2nd shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards while actively operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily forklift operations on 2nd shift
• Supervise and guide team members to meet production and efficiency goals
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
• Monitor workflow and address any operational issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of forklift experience required
• Prior lead or supervisory experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable and able to start immediately
