As a member of the team, you will be working with business partners, software development engineers to design, implement manual and automated tests. You will have significant influence on our overall test strategy and driving the system architecture that supports it and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product. You should have a combination of solid in-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance, solid understanding of the operating system software, as well as knowledge automation tools. You will learn a variety of cutting-edge technologies, development processes, and develop well-rounded skills such as leadership, and effective project management. Candidates will need to define test plans, test specifications, test suites, test cases as well as design tools for functional and performance testing in a programmatic manner.
Key job responsibilities
· Propose improvements to our existing processes and automated tools in order to improve the team’s speed, quality and efficiency.
· Lead projects end to end with minimum guidance.
· Write test plans and test scripts
· Join stand up and help the team get unblocked

. Own automation test deployment and pipeline
. Leverage GenAI tools for testing and automation

About the team
We are building the next generation voice-forward in-cabin experience that delights customers, increases safety, and brings the future of digital cabin to life. The team owns automotive domains like Comms, Car Control across ACA products, end-to-end integration testing of all domains for certain regional OEMs, Automation initiatives, new process and enhancements and deployment of features
- 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
- Able to use GenAI tools and leverage it for automation, accuracy, velocity and optimization

Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in API & Mobile testing- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
- Able to use GenAI tools and leverage it for automation, accuracy, velocity and optimization
