In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the end‑to‑end management of the product value stream, from concept development through engineering, procurement, production, and delivery.
- Ensure technical data is accurate, accessible, and consistently maintained to support current and future products.
- Guide product customization initiatives, balancing technical feasibility, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems that support efficient manufacturing and technical data management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency across the value stream.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to support procurement planning and sustainable sourcing strategies.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and sales, to achieve shared business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators related to cost, quality, delivery, and efficiency, using insights to inform decisions.
- Support, coach, and develop team members to strengthen capabilities, engagement, and a positive work culture.
- Identify potential risks within the value stream and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to site and operational projects, including future relocation or expansion initiatives.
