As a Food & Beverage Associate, you’re not just serving food and beverages – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their dining experience.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Deliver exceptional guest service: Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages: Present menu items professionally, serve food and drinks efficiently, and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Maintain dining area standards: Keep restaurant and service areas clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Support operational excellence: Assist with table setup, replenishment of supplies, and smooth coordination with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Promote menu offerings: Share product knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Train and support team members: Assist new associates in learning service standards and best practices.
- Comply with regulatory standards: Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
