About The Position
Sidelines is looking for an SEO Team Lead to join our SEO Team.A talented, motivated, technical, innovative, and results-focused individual who is passionate about SEO, user experience, and optimization What will you do?You will be a key part of the company's SEO efforts, managing a complex project with high traffic volume. Manage a team of SEO Project Managers, including development, training, support in developing the team skills, and task assignment. Creating and implementing SEO strategyManaging a series of different SEO projectsAnalysis of the team’s organic ranking, traffic, and overall performance.Seeking out opportunities for optimization and achieving result-driven goals.Performing analysis and compiling reports for senior management.Implementing market and competitor analysisEnhancing on-site and off-site SEO effortsGrowing the sites' organic audience and rankings in the US market.Lead hiring processes as the team grows.
Requirements
3+ Years of experience in SEOKnowledge of SEO best practicesIndependent and a leader who takes ownership with a high level of accountabilityExtensive WP knowledgeBasic Knowledge in HTML and CSSExperience with SEO tools such as: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush & etc.Strong organizational skillsExperience in leading small to medium teams with hands-on responsibility - a strong plus!Native English speakers - a strong plus!
