FINANCE

All of our functions have an instrumental role within Farfetch to drive forward a financially sustainable business, ensuring we set the guardrails for financial control and enable financial performance.

SÃO PAULO

Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a location full of cultural spaces and history. The office has spaces for lectures and fun activities. 

THE ROLE   Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, you will drive the required process and policy amendments that are necessary for prompt, worldwide and smooth execution on the standards. You will work jointly with the accounting coordinators reporting and accounting matters. You will have an important role for the accountancy of our company, working together with the whole team to achieve the goals for the monthly closing.  

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Cash Collections and receivables bookings;

  • Ensure accurate and updated account statements; 

  • Ensure that Partners accounts are reconciled to the accuracy of the data;

  • Acquire and interpret data, analyze results and provide/improve ongoing Partner finance reports;

  • Assure all the deadlines are met regarding the accounting monthly closing;

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures;

  • Partner facing, respond to Partners’ queries in a timely manner.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Graduated in Accounting, Management or similar subject;

  • A professional with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Finance Operations; 

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory;

  • Have excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills;

  • Microsoft Office experienced, mainly Excel;

  • Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;

  • A team worker, with ability to interact with different departments;

  • Have effective organizational, stress and time management skills;

  • Dynamic, with high sense of responsibility, autonomy and critical sense;

  • Well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace.
