This is deliberately the first seat below Senior on the team: a place to do real craft on a real product, with strong people to learn from, and a clear path toward Senior.What you'll do:Own well-scoped, ongoing design work on a mature product area (likely Deploy): iterations, improvements, edge cases, polish, and consistency work, with review and direction from a Senior or Staff Designer.Turn defined problems into clear, production-ready interface designs. Strong fundamentals in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. Share examples of this work through a portfolio or concrete work samples during the process.Contribute to research alongside a senior teammate. Run focused user interviews and usability checks. Synthesize findings with support.Use the design system fluently. Reuse what is there, flag gaps when a pattern is missing....
