Accountabilities:
- Identify and evaluate high-potential market opportunities that can evolve into new product lines or standalone business verticals.
- Conduct customer discovery, validate pain points, and define clear problem-solution fit through research and direct engagement.
- Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to rapidly build and launch MVPs and scalable solutions.
- Recruit, structure, and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture grows and gains traction.
- Own full business performance including product adoption, revenue growth, customer success, and operational execution.
- Iterate quickly based on data, customer feedback, and market signals to refine product and strategy.
- Present progress, insights, and business results directly to founders and executive leadership.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure in early-stage environments.
- Strong product intuition combined with commercial and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and build teams.
- High analytical capability with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work across multiple domains including product, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Deep customer obsession and passion for building impactful, scalable products.
- Strong interest in AI technologies and experience working in AI-native or tech-driven environments is a plus.
- Previous experience as a founder, early-stage operator, product leader, or investor is highly valued but not mandatory.
