Accountabilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new partner locations, ensuring successful integration into operational systems, processes, and performance expectations.
- Guide facilities through operational standards, key performance indicators, insurer requirements, and best practices.
- Assess shop operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, repair quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational workflows, procedures, and process improvements tailored to individual facility needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a seamless onboarding and support experience.
- Transition newly onboarded locations to ongoing operational support teams while ensuring continuity and long-term success.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and operational guidance to facilities during the onboarding and stabilization phases.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions to improve operational outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, operational consistency, and enhanced customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to repair facility leaders.
- Contribute to the development of training materials, operational tools, and best practice resources.
- Provide performance updates, operational insights, and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Support strategic projects and assist operational teams during periods of increased business demand.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience within the collision repair industry is required.
- Recent, hands-on experience in collision repair operations is essential.
- Professional experience in roles such as Collision Estimator, Repair Planner, Production Manager, Shop Operations Leader, Assistant General Manager, or Collision Centre Manager is strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of collision repair centre operations, workflows, and industry best practices.
- Experience using industry estimating and management platforms such as Mitchell, Audatex, and related collision management systems.
- Strong knowledge of repair planning, production processes, key performance indicators, cycle time management, insurer requirements, and customer experience standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to operational improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders remotely.
- High level of computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Ability to work independently within a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver's licence is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.
