Regional Payment Rails Product Sales Specialist - Senior Associate

As a Regional Payment Rails Product Sales Specialist in the Payments business across Latin America, you will lead the solutioning and coordination of the value proposition within requests for proposals and proactive proposals, working with stakeholders across coverage, product, and cross-functional teams. You will also contribute to client engagement through discovery calls and presentations to tailor and articulate the regional value proposition.
Job Responsibilities
- Support solution design across payment rails and related digital/payment capabilities; participate in client discovery calls to clarify requirements; co-present proposals and tailored regional value propositions alongside Coverage teams/PSS leads.
- Own intake, triage, and end-to-end coordination for LATAM Payment Rails RFPs/RFIs; manage timelines, dependencies, and internal reporting.
- Coordinate unsolicited/proactive proposals where appropriate; shape pursuit strategy, content, and packaging in partnership with Coverage, Marketing and Product.
- Build and maintain a regional RFP pipeline (active + upcoming + targeted proactive RFPs/RFIs), including prioritization, resourcing view, win themes, and lessons learned.
- Draft and assemble responses that are accurate, consistent, and client-ready; tailor narratives to industry, corridor, operating model, and functional needs; ensure strong executive summary and differentiation.
- Drive alignment across Coverage teams, PSSs, Product Management, and the RFP stakeholders; coordinate inputs for pricing decisions and solution scope.
- Systematically capture and share RFP/proposal insights (client asks, feature gaps, competitor mentions, implementation expectations, reporting needs) back to Product teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market refinements—especially from proactive proposals where JPMorgan is invited to participate.
- Maintain reusable content library (standard answers, solution narratives, proof points, case studies) and continuously improve artifacts to speed submissions and raise quality.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience supporting transaction banking, payments, or cash management solutions in a client-facing, sales support, or product-aligned role
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end proposal delivery with disciplined project management and stakeholder coordination
- Strong written communication skills with experience producing client-ready documents and presentations
- Strong verbal communication skills with ability to participate in client calls and present alongside partners
- Ability to translate complex requirements into structured solution narratives and clear next steps
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and approval readiness of deliverables
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with domestic payment rails and cross-border payment flows in Latin America
- Experience building proposal content libraries, standard responses, and reusable assets
- Experience creating dashboards or reporting to track pipeline performance and outcomes
- Familiarity with cash management use cases across accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve day-to-day productivity and content development
