As a Clinical Consultant, you are responsible for driving the customer through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value.  Manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing clinical subject matter expertise focusing on customer success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Using Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Clinical Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, guide customers through workflow reviews and is responsible for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes. Responsibilities  An experienced Oncology professional with a broad understanding of practices and solutions responsible for guiding customers through the change process required to achieve defined key performance indicators related to adoption of the electronic health record across services. Utilizing effective consulting skills during project events, the Clinical Consultant will coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented. In doing so, the job requires focus on change management and end user adoption.
