This role sits within the CISO office and supports three critical functions: product incident management, R&D and Product vendor procurement, and CISO office program management. It's a cross-functional, high-visibility role that requires strong communication skills as well as organizational skills, a technology mindset, AI-native approach and the ability to coordinate across Security, IT, R&D, Finance, and Legal. We are looking for a team player, independent and responsible person, quick learner, who wants to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesProduct Incident Management Take ownership of assigned product incidents. Coordinate cross-functional response across Security, R&D, Operations, Legal, and other relevant teams. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely alignment on impact, progress, and resolution steps. Work within established incident playbooks and guidance, while applying sound judgment in managing day-to-day execution. Maintain accurate documentation throughout each incident's lifecycle. Vendor Procurement & Budget Management Manage the intake and execution of vendor requests across R&D and Product — from initial request through to payment. Create and track purchase orders, ensuring deals with vendors are executed and documented.
