It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Process Engineering team in the CMP area and assist manufacturing with wafer disposition and overall production flow.Follow Process Engineer instructions to set up, modify, and maintain process recipes.Support qualification and operation of CMP tools, including nTEG, AMAT Mirra, and EBARA FREX.Identify and troubleshoot processing or equipment issues impacting output or product quality.Analyze defect data from AIT, ODIN, FIB, and SEM, and take first-line actions to prevent process excursions.Recommend, document, and implement process or tooling improvements under the direction of the Process Engineer.QualificationsREQUIRED:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of wafer manufacturing processes and factory logistics.Working experience with manufacturing systems such as MESA, MITECS, CAMSTAR, SPOTFIRE, SPECDB, or similar applications.Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, JMP, or similar query/analysis platforms.Solid problem-solving, troubleshooting, and computer skills with the ability to address minor process and equipment issues.Good communication skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge.PREFERRED:Associate or higher degree in a science or engineering field.Experience specifically in CMP processes and equipment.Salary Range: $84,200.00-112,300.00Additional InformationWD is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees and will not discriminate against any applicant or employee based on their race, color, ancestry, religion (including religious dress and grooming standards), sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), gender (including a person’s gender identity, gender expression, and gender-related appearance and behavior, whether or not stereotypically associated with the person’s assigned sex at birth), age, national origin, sexual orientation, medical condition, marital status (including domestic partnership status), physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, protected medical and family care leave, Civil Air Patrol status, military and veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.
