Your role will involve strategizing and executing KOL engagement campaigns to support our clients' marketing and branding objectives.Responsibilities:KOL Identification and Mapping:Conduct thorough research to identify relevant Key Opinion Leaders across various industries.Develop and maintain a database of KOLs, including their areas of expertise, social media presence, and audience demographics.Engagement Strategy:Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives for KOL engagement.Develop strategic plans for approaching and building relationships with target KOLs aligned with client needs.Outreach and Relationship Building:Initiate contact with KOLs through personalized outreach, including email, social media, and networking platforms.Cultivate and nurture relationships with KOLs through regular communication, meetings, and collaboration opportunities.Content Collaboration:Coordinate content creation and collaboration opportunities between clients and KOLs, such as guest blogging, interviews, webinars, and social media partnerships.Ensure that content aligns with both the client's messaging and the KOL's expertise and audience.Campaign Management:Plan and execute KOL engagement campaigns, including influencer activations, product launches, and promotional events.Track and measure the effectiveness of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Reporting and Analysis:Monitor KOL performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and impact on brand awareness and reputation.Prepare regular reports and analysis to evaluate the ROI of KOL initiatives and inform future strategies.Qualifications:1 – 2 years of experience in KOL areaBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and writtenProven experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or public relations, preferably in an agency setting.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital marketing trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights for campaign optimization.Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.Upload your resume to autofill the applicationUploadFirst name *Last name *Email *Dial codePhone numberLinkedIn profilePlease upload your resume as a PDF file *Click or drag file to uploadSupported file format: .PDF; Maximum file size: 10.49 MB; Maximum file: 1;AI disclaimerThis application process may use AI-enabled systems to support candidate evaluation based on factors such as experience, technical skills, and qualifications.
