Accountabilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on enterprise transformation, organizational design, workforce strategy, and AI-enabled operating models
- Lead cross-functional HR transformation initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and capability development
- Design and implement organizational structures, role frameworks, governance models, and workforce planning strategies aligned to business evolution
- Drive enterprise change management strategies, ensuring readiness, adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with business, HR COEs, Finance, and IT teams to define scope, governance, delivery plans, and success metrics for transformation programs
- Identify risks, dependencies, and adoption challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution and sustained impact
- Leverage data, insights, and analytics to inform decisions, track progress, and optimize transformation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong focus on organizational design, workforce transformation, and change management
- 4+ years of leadership experience, including matrixed or direct team leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives and translating business strategy into people and operating model solutions
- Strong knowledge of organizational design principles, workforce planning, governance structures, and role architecture
- Familiarity with AI-driven transformation, including its impact on workforce design and operating models
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders
- High analytical capability with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with strong execution discipline
- Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or Agile certifications are a plus
- Competitive base salary range typically between $152,066 and $223,031 depending on location and experience
