With continuous learning, professional growth, and a culture rooted in empathy and innovation, IBM offers the opportunity to make a real impact on organizations and people around the world. **Your role and responsibilities** * Assist with design projects: Use basic design skills and Adobe Studio to contribute to leadership development materials, such as infographics, presentations, or brochures. This may involve updating existing designs, creating new designs, or assisting with the layout of presentations. * Report creation and analysis: Prepare and compile reports on leadership development programs, participant progress, and program effectiveness. This may involve collecting data, analyzing it, and presenting findings in a clear and organized manner. * Problem identification and resolution: Work collaboratively with the leadership development team to identify potential issues or areas for improvement within the program. Help generate ideas for solutions and implement them when appropriate. * Collecting feedback and evaluation: Help collect feedback from participants and stakeholders through surveys or interviews. Analyze this feedback to assess the impact of leadership development programs and suggest improvements. **Required technical and professional expertise** Undergraduate students expected to graduate in July 2028 or later. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field (Design, Marketing, Advertising, International Relations, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, and Psychology).
