We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Technician to join our team working with the molding and manufacturing of rubber sealing elements.

What are we looking for
- A trade certificate in Production Technology or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment is an advantage, but not required.
- You enjoy solving problems and are persistent when things don't go as planned.
- You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and follow established procedures.
- You are committed to delivering high-quality work in accordance with specifications.
- You work well both as part of a team and independently.
- Norwegian and English - oral and written
Responsibilities
- Mold and manufacture rubber sealing elements.
- Carry out production in accordance with specifications and established procedures.
- Participate in product development activities together with the R&D department, including testing and prototype production.
- Document work performed and contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Perform equipment maintenance, quality inspections, and other production-related tasks.
