You'll oversee budgets, schedules, client relationships, subcontractors, documentation, and financial performance while ensuring successful project execution. Projects are typically large-scale commercial developments ranging from approximately $10M-$15M+, with most job sites located within a few hours of Nashville.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from start to finishDevelop and maintain project schedulesMonitor project budgets and financial performanceCoordinate subcontractors and project stakeholdersLead client communications and project meetingsManage RFIs, submittals, buyouts, and closeoutsOversee project documentation and correspondenceCoordinate BIM/CAD/3D modeling workflowsTrack project commitments, timelines, and deliverablesWork closely with field operations and ownership teamsParticipate in weekly project review meetingsSupport and mentor Assistant Project Managers when applicableEnsure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitablyMust-Have Experience:3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial constructionExperience managing commercial construction projects through the full project lifecycleStrong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skillsExperience handling: RFIs and Submittals, Buyouts and Closeouts, Financial tracking, Project documentationProcore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Industry Background:Mechanical ContractingHVACPlumbingMEP ConstructionCommercial Building SystemsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredWho We're Looking For:Takes ownership of projectsWorks well in a collaborative environmentIs proactive and self-motivatedCommunicates effectively with clients and project teamsAccepts feedback and values teamworkWants long-term career growthThis is not the right fit for someone who prefers to work independently with minimal collaboration.
