Accountabilities:
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Perform descriptive, exploratory, and comparative analyses to generate relevant business insights.
- Investigate root causes related to data quality, consistency, availability, and operational challenges.
- Recommend data-driven solutions to improve processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Support initiatives related to data governance, quality improvement, enrichment, and standardization.
- Apply data profiling, sampling, validation, and database comparison techniques.
- Develop and support analytical automation initiatives to optimize workflows and accelerate insights generation.
- Leverage artificial intelligence concepts, agents, and multi-agent approaches to discover opportunities and support decision-making.
- Build analytical reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and materials for leadership teams.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, objective, and actionable recommendations.
- Document methodologies, processes, hypotheses, analyses, and outcomes in an organized manner.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, governance, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in medium or large-scale corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with Python for data processing, automation, exploration, and analytical workflows.
- Experience analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Understanding of data modeling, data quality, governance, and data profiling concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data platforms.
- Ability to create analytical reports, executive presentations, and business materials using tools such as PowerPoint.
- Interest or experience with Generative AI, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and modern data analysis techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to transform business needs into data solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience automating analytical processes and insight generation.
- Knowledge of data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Azure, Azure ML, or similar technologies.
- Experience with data governance, data quality initiatives, or Master Data Management projects.
- Knowledge of Golden Record concepts, data consolidation, deduplication, and enrichment strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, backtesting, hypothesis validation, and comparative studies.
- Experience working on projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, or customer experience.
