The team partners closely with Controllers, Business Stakeholders, and Technology teams to design and execute scalable solutions across key finance domains including Accounting, Hedge Accounting, Currency Management, FTP, Allocations, and Reporting. Key responsibilities include end-to-end project lifecycle ownership, acting as the interface between business and technology, driving Agile delivery, monitoring KPIs and project progress, and ensuring high-quality delivery.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, continuously evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.What you'll do in the role:Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the FirmResponsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segmentProactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating themAct as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standardsCoordinate delivery across projectsSupport prioritization and planningMentor Junior team membersEnsure strong governance and executionWhat you'll bring to the role:In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environmentAbility to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilitiesAbility to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrable leadership qualities with a strong work ethic and team player mentalityAbility to plan and execute against tight timeframesStrong organizational skill and strategic thinkingAnalytical mind-set and good problem-solving skills with a willingness to drill through to the root cause of issuesStrong controls background with an ability to design, implement, enhance, and monitor the effectiveness of existing or new controlsB.Tech/MBA/CA or equivalent5–8 years experience in Business Analysis/Product roles in Finance, Product Control, Accounting or Investment bankingStrong analytical and documentation skillPreferable: Experience with Power CI, Alteryx or similar tools. Exposure to AI / Agentic AIKnowledge on Treasury or Product Control domainsExperience with Agile/ScrumFamiliarity with JIRA/RallyUnderstanding of BDD/TDD and testing approachesStrong stakeholder management...
