As Client Account Management Associate within our J.P. Morgan Asset Management Client Service Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Primary Client Account Managers by delivering a world-class client experience and managing expectations.
- Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investment Specialists, Cash Management, and Guideline Management teams as needed.
- Process account maintenance requests including cash flows, account openings, and reporting setup.
- Set up fee invoices, guidelines, and exclusion lists to meet client and operational requirements.
- Enhance the client experience through ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Execute tasks in line with regional procedures, ensuring a clear audit trail and quality control (maker-checker).
- Manage key stakeholders by partnering on priorities, deadlines, and service delivery outcomes.
- Lead (as required) a small team, including performance management, administrative responsibilities, and year-end appraisals.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and efficiently with multiple teams at any given time.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Graduate/Post-graduate with at teast 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across levels; ability to align on priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with local and global teams and work effectively on own initiative.
- Cultural sensitivity to different working styles across regions.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, applying judgement when needed.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Prior experience in Asset Management/Asset Servicing Client Service teams (custody/investment banking; client-facing).
- Understanding of the asset management business, asset classes, and investment products.
- Financial market awareness and strong grasp of basic financial concepts.
- Strong asset class knowledge and client service fundamentals.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
