How you create impact

• Lead end-to-end ownership of tenders, RFQs and service contracts, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing across the Latam - Europe trade.Act as a key interface with customers, providing market insights, product expertise and commercial support.
• Develop strong relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, allocations, service conditions and incentives.
• Manage and optimize regional buying strategy, including FAK rates, local charges and named account requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to country organizations, supporting business development and trade awareness.
• Monitor gross profit performance, budgets and trade lane results, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
• Support countries with day-to-day trade, pricing and carrier-related challenges.
• Define and implement trade policies, standards and targets, ensuring alignment across Latam and Europe.
• Lead trade planning, budgeting and performance monitoring, including volume targets and carrier adherence.
• Ensure accurate and timely rate management in systems (e.g., SeaRates).
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing across regional trade teams.
• Lead team performance through KPIs, workload allocation and development initiatives.

What we would like you to bring

• 2–5 years of experience in Sea Logistics, freight forwarding or trade management roles.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations (FCL/LCL), import/export processes and market dynamics.
• Experience in tender management, pricing, RFQs and carrier negotiations.
• Proven exposure to international and cross-regional environments (Latam and/or Europe preferred).
• Leadership experience (direct or virtual) with ability to influence stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with ability to manage GP performance and budgets.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel).Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage complexity and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• University degree in Business, Logistics or related fields (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
