This role is critical to ensuring our customers maximize the value of Whistic's platform while strengthening long-term relationships that drive retention and expansion. The ideal candidate has experience leading B2B enterprise Customer Success teams in the cybersecurity or SaaS space, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for customer advocacy. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success and is fully remote, based in the U.S.Whistic is a values-driven organization that cares not only about what we accomplish, but also how we accomplish our goals. If they resonate with you, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do:  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market /enterprise accountsDevelop and execute strategic success plans for each customer to drive platform adoption, value realization, and growthProactively identify and mitigate churn risks through regular business reviews and health assessmentsOwn renewal execution end-to-end, including forecasting, negotiation, and close, with accountability for retention targets within assigned bookPartner with Sales on expansion opportunities and renewal strategiesAdvocate for customer needs internally by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support teamsAnalyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementCreate and deliver executive-level presentations and business reviewsMonitor customer health metrics and develop action plans to address any concernsWhat You’ll Need:3+ years in an enterprise B2B SaaS post-sales role (Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, etc.)Previous experience with TPRM, GRC, or similar solutions preferredProven track record of managing strategic customer relationships and driving retention/growthStrong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience leading executive-level discussions and business reviewsProblem-solving mindset with ability to navigate complex customer situationsProject management experience with ability to manage multiple prioritiesBenefits:Stock optionsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany paid life insuranceInternet and wellness stipendMental health benefitPaid parental leave18 Paid Holidays15 Days PTO (All available your 1st day) + 2 additional days each year of employment!3 Whistic DNA Days- Company-paid "Family Day", "Self Day", & "Community Day"Whistic Fridays- Work ends at 3:00 PM every FridayA world-class culture and employee experience!Our DEIB Commitment:Whistic is a place where you can be you. It’s impossible to separate what you do from who you are, and we don’t want you to.
