Accountabilities:
- Own and execute the AI transformation strategy for the marketing function by aligning priorities with business objectives, executive sponsorship, and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze existing marketing workflows, identify operational challenges, and uncover opportunities where AI can significantly improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- Manage AI initiative intake by collecting ideas, requests, and challenges from teams while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Define success metrics, track progress, and evaluate the business impact of AI-driven initiatives.
- Lead adoption and change management efforts by creating communication channels, feedback loops, training opportunities, and internal communities that encourage AI usage.
- Build and coordinate a network of AI champions across marketing teams to promote knowledge sharing and extend AI adoption.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using no-code and low-code platforms, including building prototypes, configuring agents, and testing new workflows.
- Create and optimize AI agent instructions, workflows, and integrations to improve business processes.
- Configure AI tools and data connections while collaborating with technical teams to ensure secure and effective implementations.
- Manage the performance of AI solutions by monitoring usage, measuring outcomes, conducting evaluations, and continuously improving workflows.
- Partner with AI engineering teams to scale successful prototypes into sustainable solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and continuously identify opportunities to replace outdated approaches with more effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, workflows, processes, and business challenges, with the ability to identify transformation opportunities.
- Proven experience managing strategic initiatives, product-like roadmaps, or operational transformation programs.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to balance competing requests and focus on initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
- Product management mindset with experience defining success metrics, managing backlogs, and driving adoption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience building communities of practice, champion networks, or peer-driven enablement programs.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and platforms, with the ability to build prototypes, configure workflows, and troubleshoot AI solutions.
- Understanding of AI capabilities including automation, summarization, classification, content generation, and agent-based workflows.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Understanding of data flows, structured and unstructured data, and how AI systems leverage context.
