Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.About the roleWe're looking for an Events & Experiences Producer to bring the Peec brand to life through unforgettable real-world moments. In this role, you'll own our events strategy and production end-to-end in Berlin, designing and delivering high-quality gatherings, brand activations, and conference presences that connect founders, marketers, and operators around the future of search and AI. You'll work closely with Growth to ensure every event strengthens our brand, drives pipeline, and creates meaningful connections with the people shaping modern marketing.What You'll DoOwn Peec's events strategy and production in Berlin, turning our brand into standout real-world presenceConceptualize and produce bold, high-quality experiences end-to-end - from curated partner dinners to high-visibility brand activationsLead our conference presence from concept to execution, including booth design, side events, partnerships, and on-site experienceManage every layer of production: venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-the-day deliveryBuild the partnerships and relationships that make each event sharper, bigger, and more memorableWork closely with Growth and Marketing to ensure every event drives brand depth, pipeline, and measurable impactWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience producing events, brand activations, or experiential marketing - ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startupStrong creative instinct with taste for beautifully designed, memorable experiencesHigh ownership and operational excellence - you manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and deliver flawlessly under pressureNatural relationship builder - you are comfortable hosting founders, operators, and senior marketersStrong understanding of how events translate into real business impactBonus PointsProven track record of owning conference presence end-to-end and turning it into measurable pipelineExperience producing premium dinners, summits, or invite-only formats from scratchStrong brand and design sensitivity - you care deeply about atmosphere, detail, and positioningEstablished vendor and venue network across BerlinExisting network in Berlin's startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystemWhat We OfferA true ownership role: you will define how Peec shows up in Berlin and beyondDirect impact on brand, pipeline, and category presence at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startupsCompetitive salary and aggressive equity packageRegular team events and off-sitesPaid Meal & Uber home when working lateOne of the most beautiful office spaces and work environments in BerlinApply for this Job
