We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Network Engineering team at VOIS. This role is focused on overseeing and coordinating project management activities across various network domains, including Mobile & Fixed Access, Voice & Data Core, Service Platforms, Transmission & IP Transport, NW OSS, and NW Cloud Engineering. The individual will manage end-to-end project phases, ensuring alignment with VOIS customer priorities and the NSE delivery framework. This position requires a strong technical background in telecommunications, stakeholder engagement, and a collaborative approach to project execution.What you’ll do
Manage end-to-end network engineering projects, focusing on implementation phases.Coordinate project management activities that impact wider programmes and projects.Contribute to the PM services portfolio (P*Q) and support the expansion of managed services.Apply quality standards for project deliverables in line with the NSE delivery framework.Interact with governance stakeholders (MDM and NSE) as required.Define and regularly update project plans, ensuring alignment with interdependent milestones.Perform risk and issue management to mitigate business impact.Maintain customer-focused communication with stakeholders and project teams.Formalise and report all project activities using the NSE PM tool.Support budget and expense tracking in collaboration with programme and project managers.Enhance personal productivity and contribute to team initiatives.Participate in knowledge-sharing and learning activities within the DMaaS PM community.Who you are
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within telecommunications.Strong understanding of network architecture and engineering project interdependencies.Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Analytical thinker with sound decision-making capabilities.Effective communicator with fluency in English (written and spoken).Experienced in working within virtual teams and multinational environments.Holds a university degree in computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent.Certified in Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).Demonstrates financial acumen and understanding of ICT technologies.Not a perfect fit?
