Accountabilities:
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure software architectures aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Define architectural patterns, scalability strategies, and security approaches for software solutions.
- Ensure development teams follow best practices in coding standards, software design, and quality assurance.
- Guide the implementation of automated testing strategies and engineering practices that improve software reliability.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and centralized technical references.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide architectural guidance throughout development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technologies, solve complex challenges, and promote continuous improvement.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable and resilient software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET development, including software design principles such as SOLID and Clean Code.
- Experience with automated testing practices and architectural patterns such as microservices and message queues.
- Deep understanding of design patterns, software architecture principles, and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge of information security practices, Git version control, TDD/BDD concepts, Docker, Docker Compose, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Ability to analyze complex problems, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience documenting technical solutions clearly and adapting to new technologies.
- Familiarity with cost estimation, optimized code execution, and modern software delivery practices will be considered a plus.
