Specialist, Products and SolutionsOverviewWe are looking for a Cyber Solutions Product Specialist to drive the commercialization and adoption of Mastercard’s Cyber portfolio across both Cyber for Payments and Cyber for Cyber domains.
This role acts as the support for the Divisional product owner at portfolio level, responsible for bridging global and regional product capabilities with market needs. The position sits at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and client engagement, ensuring that Cyber solutions are effectively positioned, understood, and adopted across customers.
Mastercard’s Cyber portfolio combines innovative platforms, data-driven insights, and advisory capabilities to help clients identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks, strengthening trust and resilience across the digital ecosystem.
Role
As a Cyber Solutions Product Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions, working with cross-function teams in driving commercial success and ensuring strong alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution: execute the Divisional GTM strategy, including target segments, value propositions, use cases, and pipeline development, ensuring solutions are effectively positioned and monetized.
2. Own the Cyber Solutions Portfolio: exercise product ownership for a family of Cyber solutions, developing deep expertise across offerings such as risk assessment, threat intelligence, and resilience capabilities, and ensuring consistent positioning across the portfolio.
3. Support Client Engagement and Solution Positioning
4. Support Opportunity Qualification and Pre-Sales Activities when needed: translate client needs into solution opportunities, support presentations and proposals, and enable effective deal progression.
5. Influence Product Strategy and Roadmap: provide structured feedback to global and regional product teams based on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights, contributing to the evolution of the portfolio.
6. Enable Sales Teams and Ecosystem Collaboration: partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Consultancy and external partners to drive awareness, build pipeline, and ensure successful client outcomes in a multi-stakeholder environment.

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong product acumen and the ability to operate across both cybersecurity and payments environments.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree with experience in product management, product specialist, or solution ownership roles
- Proven ability to drive Go-To-Market strategies and support revenue growth
- Strong capability to translate complex solutions into clear business value
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across technical and non-technical audiences
- Cybersecurity & Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking
- Ability to assess client needs and map them to solution portfolios
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making
Exposure to:
- Fraud, payment ecosystems, or transaction risk environments (Cyber for Payments)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), cyber risk assessment, or third-party risk management (Cyber for Cyber)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in cybersecurity, risk, consulting, financial services, or payments industries
- Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST, ISO)
- Experience working with partners, resellers, or multi-party delivery models
