Wir suchen für unser Innendienst-Vertriebsteam (Connect.Me Mitarbeiter/In) im Bereich Cardiac Rhythm Management eine/n engagierte/n und motivierte/n Mitarbeiter/in. In dieser Position sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, wenn es um technologie-basierte Zusammenarbeit geht, und unterstützen kompetent. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Vertriebsteam sowie anderen Abteilungen wie Tender & Pricing, Corporate Account Management und Customer Service zusammen. Diese Position ist im Flex (hybriden) Modell vorgesehen, mit primärem Arbeitsort im Medtronic Office in Meerbusch und der Möglichkeit, teilweise im Home Office zu arbeiten.Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

• Eigenverantwortlicher, telefonischer Vertrieb ausgewählter Medizinprodukte an Bestands- sowie Neukunden, inklusive Produktpräsentationen via Videoübertragung in Ihrer Region

• Pflege von Kundenkontakten wie Krankenhäuser und Arztpraxen sowie fachliche Beratung und Betreuung der Entscheidungsträger in Kliniken

• Proaktive Kundenbetreuung per Telefon

• Aufbau einer Connect.Me Kommunikationsebene

• Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Auftragsanalysen sowie Analyse des Kundenverhaltens

• E-Marketing-Aktionen zur Verkaufsförderung

• Sicherstellung der Vertriebs- und Umsatzziele

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

• Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Außendienst, besonders im Gesundheitswesen

• Hintergrund im Krankenhausumfeld von Vorteil

• Leidenschaft für den Verkauf und Kundenbeziehungen

• Hohe Motivation und Eigeninitiative

• Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft

• Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse

• Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit

• Business Level Deutsch und gute Englisch Kentnisse
