Accountabilities:

    As a Media Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading strategic media planning, execution, team development, and client success. You will oversee integrated media initiatives, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives, supported by data, and delivered with operational excellence.

    • Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and performance targets.
    • Translate complex briefs into effective multichannel media plans, considering audience segmentation, consumer journeys, and campaign KPIs.
    • Ensure technical excellence in the implementation and optimization of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, DV360, programmatic media, social platforms, and traditional media channels.
    • Manage media investments strategically, optimizing budgets and improving efficiency across campaigns.
    • Promote a data-driven culture by supporting performance analysis, dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights generation.
    • Lead client meetings, partner negotiations, and strategic discussions with media channels, technology partners, and key stakeholders.
    • Ensure financial control of accounts and compliance with annual agreements and commercial commitments.
    • Drive the execution of learning agendas and continuous improvement initiatives for client accounts.
    • Define team objectives, responsibilities, and development plans while fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Mentor and support team members through feedback, knowledge sharing, and career development initiatives.
    • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as production, insights, and strategy to deliver integrated solutions.
    • Support leadership in proposals, key account strategies, and innovation initiatives.
    • Stay updated on new technologies, market trends, and evolving consumer behaviors.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will bring strong media expertise, strategic thinking, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.

      • Solid professional experience in media planning, buying, and strategy, preferably within advertising, marketing, or digital environments.
      • Strong understanding of the Brazilian advertising market, including advanced media concepts and regional planning approaches.
      • Practical experience with offline media planning, including open TV planning, negotiation, and compensation processes.
      • Advanced knowledge of digital media platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, DV360, and programmatic solutions.
      • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as AD, VBS, BI platforms, dashboards, and performance measurement solutions.
      • Experience leading strategic planning processes with multidisciplinary teams.
      • Advanced or fluent English skills, with the ability to participate in global meetings and prepare international reports.
      • Strong ability to prioritize multiple demands, balancing operational needs with strategic leadership responsibilities.
      • Consultative leadership style with experience mentoring teams and developing talent.
      • Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management, constructive feedback, and complex client discussions.
      • Ability to make strategic decisions based on data, business scenarios, risks, and market benchmarks.
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
