As a Facilities Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of building systems and equipment to support the safety and functionality of our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a productive and safe work environment by promptly addressing maintenance issues and performing routine inspections and repairs.

You will report directly to our Facilities Manager and you’ll work out of our Urbana, OH location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall operational reliability and safety of Honeywell's facilities, enabling uninterrupted business operations and contributing to a safe and comfortable workplace for all employees.
 

•    Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
•    Diagnose and repair facility equipment and infrastructure issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
•    Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects as needed.
 

The annual base salary range for this position is <$47,000.00 - $71,000.00>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
•    Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
•    Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
•    Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards related to facility operations.
•    Ability to use maintenance management software and tools to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
